Ruth Mae Cook

Ruth Mae Cook, class of 1915, was from Danvers, Illinois. She had taught in Hudson and Danvers even before graduation and taught in Decatur from 1915 to 1918. She was a stenographer in the Adjutant General's Office in Washington, D.C. from July to October 1918. She entered service in October 1918 and served as a Reconstruction Aide in Occupational Therapy until her discharge in August 1920. Later she moved to California and in 1927 was a library clerk at UCLA.
